Clearly not anything that could cause abuse to reach early areas like a double jump. But perhaps spells like, return to campfire, haste. Anything like that seem like a good idea?

Even some consumables that return to town would be great! There's also a chance that a speed upgrade could be in the later levels (SuperMetroid) Or even a fly spell/artifact of some kind for the later half of the game (Metroidvania)
