Silly question: will there be save functionality?
Silly question: will there be save functionality?
As the title asks, will there be a save function in the final game?
Re: Silly question: will there be save functionality?
Yep! The bed you sleep in to restore health was meant to be your save point

That reminds of all the YouTub videos I watched of people that would go back to town and buy food from the Innkeeper, completely oblivious to the fact that there was a bed upstairs.
Beds in RPGs = complete recovery. Some people, I tells ya...

Will there then be an item or places, which offer you the possibility to teleport to town or something like that?James wrote:Yep! The bed you sleep in to restore health was meant to be your save point
Because fighting the way back up, to restore seems not very efficient, since dying also restores your health.
And if there's something to port you to town, is there also a way back, except fighting the whole way back down?

Dying no longer restores your health, you now lose all your unsaved progress and begin from your last save. There are portals to each area, but we're also working on a shortcut system inside the areas to speed things up.enkaku-silence- wrote:Will there then be an item or places, which offer you the possibility to teleport to town or something like that?James wrote:Yep!
