Arcade Godmode and Various Bugs
So I was screwing around in Arcade yesterday and brought up the console to see if I could break the game and cheat the daily score with Godmode. You can lol. I disabled it after the fact but I could see it causing integrity issues within the community.
On another note, if you back dash into a magic weapon near a wall your current weapon shoots backwards into the wall causing it to become permanently locked within the wall. Where this wasn't too much of an issue most of the time, there were a few cases where my lv. 3 magic weapon got walled and I ended up with a lv. 1 haha

If they attack near a ledge and hit the ledge during the attack they get an animation cancel and can instantly attack again. This seems like a glitch to me because the Flesh Slashers can essentially Roman Cancel like they're playing Guilty Gear. Sir that's just bananas lol.
I'm absolutely loving the new drop rate for magic weapons by the way! It feels really damn good. That being said, I think I may have an idea to improve this a bit further. I'll post it in the suggestions thread. Thanks again and I'll keep an eye out for any other bugs I might discover!~

Thanks for all the reports! I will be looking into these. I thought we had disabled godmode and the other commands but I guess it slipped through the cracks. We'll definitely patch that up. Let me know if you can figure out some way to reproduce that wall sliding glitch. A month or so ago I spent a day checking the code and adding some extra tweaks to prevent what I thought was causing it, but it still seems to be happening. The thing that makes it really hard to fix though is that I've never been able to reproduce it reliably.

Sweet! So yeah, I looked into the wall slide glitch and indeed the clip date is before the patch. I can't seem to reproduce it at all so I think you got it lol. To be honest I don't think I've ever seen it happen before so it must be super rare.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe because the fall distance would have put me in a hard knock down state (long recovery time) had I not hit the wall. That in combination with wall sliding at the very bottom of the wall? No clue lol

1.041 is up now that fixes the console commands and added temporary ignore on player's dropped spell (also fixes that problem with it getting stuck in the walls). Please let me know if you find anything else!

Excellent! I can personally thank you for getting me rank #1 on the daily and weekly. The new magic weapon iframes are godly and make swapping weapons very friendly! I absolutely love it! I did run into a couple of weird bugs but I only managed to get a clip of one. This one is a good one though. lol

I finally fixed that bug with clipping into the ground. I kept thinking it was a wall sliding problem, but I couldn't ever reproduce it reliably. I finally tried disabling the wall sliding altogether and then I was able to narrow it down. The game shouldn't let you walljump if you're on the ground, but if you can get lucky and press it at the exact right time you can beat the game processing it by a frame. Its very tricky with the wall sliding enabled since you have to first touch the wall that frame too. Anyway, it will be fixed in the next patch!
