Re: Hotbar
Yea, I've been thinking about having 4 things you can shortcut. It's just kind of confusing which hand they'd be set to..

B XYZ. Oh wait...
Re: Hotbar
It would have to be intuitive.. I guess that's the trade-off with assigning things to individual hands. I'll keep thinking about it.

Re: Hotbar
Maybe hold Shift or some other modifiable modifier key to change it from the main hand to the other hand?
Re: Hotbar
For the controller couldn't it just be that you use the shoulder buttons to select and then another button to use the item, then number keys on a keyboard?

This sounds good to me, but I'm no programmer.poe wrote:For the controller couldn't it just be that you use the shoulder buttons to select and then another button to use the item, then number keys on a keyboard?

Actually, maybe I've just been playing too much Bioshock Infinite, but being able to assign 2-3 items/spells to each "hand" and cycle through them with the shoulders would be fantastic! Quick access, and lots of variety easily accessible.

"1","2", "3" and "4" buttons. Otherwise a player will always make a mistake if they will be added to a random buttons, especially if he plays without looking at the keyboard.James wrote:Yea, I've been thinking about having 4 things you can shortcut. Idea of cycling things is good too. Though... honestly speaking most of players have just 1 set of weapons, and they won't cycle anything at all.
