I see... Out of curiosity, how long is the cooldown on the other swords? Even after a direct comparison, I could've sworn there was no noticeable difference.

Edit: I've looked into it some more, and there is indeed a shorter cooldown. Timing for backdash after attacking with the Swift Sword is almost the same as with a knife, the actual attack though comes out with almost the same speed as any other sword, though it's much more lenient toward simply mashing the button vs. timing your taps.
