Suggestions on Loot Naming
I recommend taking a page out of the Diablo school of naming the toys, like adding affixes to the loot. It doesn't have to be super fancy like 'Of the Jackalope' or 'Of the Raven', but something like blues get a suffix, while gold gets an prefix and suffix. Like for example, I got a pretty nice gold...

I will vote no. Mainly because of the way the mapping system is done. It looks silly when you have a bottomless pit above a room that has a floor. And let's face it, so far this is a mine, I seriously doubt the miners would dig THAT deep. :P I like the idea of an insta-kill options for those of you ...

If I were you, I'd make shields and swords two separate items. That way you have one button to block, and another to attack with any one handed weapon. If the weapon is two handed, then it takes up both slots- but clearly this would do a lot more damage. Just an idea! Two handed weapons would be aw...

So far, we see what looks like a two handed swing whenever the Soldier uses his sword, which is really cool, I like that. But for other people who like sword and shield, or two weapons, would it be hard to implement that? Changing the animation to reflect it? Also, having different types of weapons ...
