Upgrading my Chasm pre-order level.

Hey, if I pre-order Chasm at the bronze level, is there any way I can upgrade that to Silver without paying the full $25USD?

Hey hato1,
We haven't had many people request upgrades, so we don't have an actual process set up for that stuff. As far as I know, there's nothing we can do to change anything (Humble's system takes care of all that). I've emailed Humble though to see what our options are. I'll post back here as soon as I hear something!

I just spoke with Humble! They recommended we refund your original order, and then you can buy the Silver yourself as usual. Please send me a message with the email address you registered your preorder to and we'll get it taken care of

Nevermind, I got it sorted by trading my bronze account with a friend and then buying silver. Cheers for your help and fast response time though!
