I have used the Translation Tool submitted on these forums, and made a Swedish version.

I wasn't able to change the names of the items, weapons etc. If someone knows how, let me know.

I love Scandinavia Translation worked well for me

I will release a new version of the tool tomorrow I guess. With the new version you will be able to translate wepaons and items too.
