Secret places and bosses?

Sorry for being amateur,I just finished the game in normal mode and I need to khow how to find secret places and bosses? Should i be in Hard mode to find these?

The Secret Detector that Grant gives you for completing his quest can help identify where secret spots are. You don't need to be in Hard mode.

I don't think there are any secret bosses though are there? There really should be!

Thank you guys for helping me out, I guess I need to find a way to enter to the eroded grounds first If I call it correct. Never mind, I'll do it.
