Ya the problem with putting an indicator at the health bar, is that if I am looking up there then I know how much health I have anyways. I was thinking something cool like a subtle red tint to the whole screen. Like Daltyn is having trouble seeing through all the blood and fatigue. That way instead ...

Playing in mortal changes your perspective somewhat. I definitely agree that so many games take the random generation to such an extreme that everything is just mush. Heh I noticed the attack while pushing bug too but didn't report it because it gives me something to do while pushing things around

I feel like that kind of thing only makes sense if you have more control over your statistics. Also just to be clear, my actual damage was as high as I would expect, it was just the listed damage that was low.

Almost dead feeback
I was wondering if you could add some sort of visual indication that you are almost dead? You do get that one-time sound indication, but I was wondering if you could add some red border somewhere or something similar. I keep dying because I am not paying attention and my sound is off

I didn't take screenshots and have since died, but it happened again an hour later when I equipped Trell's greatsword. The damage listed was quite a bit lower than the damage dealt.

Wow I agree with 100% of that. Including that last part about contact damage. I can just add too that this fact makes knives and unarmed entirely worthless past the mines and that when I first saw that teleporters didn't show connections on the map I assumed I was being set up for some sort of is-it...
