You can change the controls for the demo in the config.ini file. I'm pretty sure the full game will include in game control mapping. Enemy respawning when exiting-returning to a screen is standard in metroidvania games and I don't see why this game should be any different.

Since people might not know what I meant by Castlevania's ABC system, let me show you. In the weapon equipment (armour is separate) menu there is a letter signifying what set is currently being equipped. All the sets can be equipped differently and you switch between them in the menu by using the ND...

It is my understanding that the full game will feature 6 different areas, not only caves. Though I agree, even the caves need a lot of variance. Even when playing just through the demo's 3 levels it became repetitive. There needs to be a lot more different rooms, even minor differences will do. Just...

I'll probably help when Chasm actually releases. Right now everything is subject to change and nothing is certain. In a year the wiki might have to be changed completely because of this.
